Upon exiting my previous as a VP of Sales, I was offered assistance from a Search or Outplacement Firm of my choice. I chose ITS for the many benefits the literature offered.

I have recently accepted an extraordinary offer as a full partner (with significant ownership shares) in a start-up, high-tech firm in my chosen field of scientific instrumentation. I am working with people I know and trust—in a discipline where I have a high level of expertise. I would not have had the confidence or the motivation to take on this huge opportunity if it weren't significantly due to the career counseling efforts of Mr. Mike Owens and the experiences I have had working with the ITS team. Some specific comments regarding ITS's positive attributes include:

- The website is superb. Being able to access almost every Internet Job Search site in one place at one time saves a huge amount of time and effort over having to search each of them myself, one at a time.

- The Industry Databases contain huge amounts of data on publicly traded companies, which again, would be difficult to gain and time consuming to find by myself. Your staff of researchers willingly offered to research anything I asked of them - within 24-48 hours - and they succeeded many times for me on this effort.

- The Marketing Director assigned to assist me, Mike Owens, took a specific and personal interest in my effort with constant feedback and support by phone and email. (Just this kind of support is well worth having when you're out there hunting for a job! The effort can be discouraging when you feel alone out there.)

- The investment of my money and my time in the ITS program was well rewarded. I was quickly connected to some of the most reputable and largest recruitment firms in the world with a resume that generated numerous responses. That was an experience in itself — to be interviewed by world-class recruiting companies such as Kom Ferry International gave me the confidence that I could accomplish anything I set my sights on!

- ITS's team also offered advice on how to potentially change my career path should that be an interest for me, which I found to be entirely appropriate.

In conclusion, if your clients are interested in getting help fast to obtain a new position in their chosen field or a even in a new field, if they're interested in lessening the burden on themselves for the various search efforts it takes to get a great job, or if they are interested in the easy access to literally thousands of openings and thousands of recruiter firms, then the choice to go with ITS is the right one! Can they do all ITS offers by themselves without investing in the program? But then again, what is their time worth? ITS will cut down the time it takes to secure that perfect new position or the one job opportunity they may never have found — even after months of searching on their own.

My advice to my fellow job seekers? Keep an open mind, put in the necessary effort required to follow the program, make use of all the avenues available to you, and above all, pursue the dream!

Can you believe they don't have a process in place to effectively report overall gross margins, profitability, cost of goods sold, or for that matter, how to price their goods? Then comes into play all the consultants we have working for us and not having an effective Consulting Agreement that defines the relationship between the company and its independent consultants.

This is so exciting, stimulating, and motivating. So much so, I'm back on that hamster wheel of life again. In the office by 5AM and not leaving until 6 or 7 at night. But I'm enjoying the heck out of it.

I can't thank you enough for all the support you gave me. And I'm not speaking from the perspective of the tools ITS has put into place. But the support you gave me personally. You really gave me the motivation, strength, and belief in myself again. To that, I thank you.

Thanks for your invitation to write about my experience with ITS. As a young executive who had just gone through a layoff, your service fees were a risk. This investment, however, has paid off in positioning me for future advancement within a new industry at a significant salary increase.

The challenge I had was expanding my network beyond my local area. Although the companies I had worked with did business on a global scale, I was geographically located in a very small market. Unless I started my own company, there was not much chance of finding locally a comparable salary or launching platform for future career growth.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your making an exception to the Right Management program and allowing me to use ITS. Had I known what I know now, I would have never used a traditional outplacement as a VP of HR. Going forward they are the only ones I will use for 75k and up management transitions.

There are key ingredients of the program which I find essential to transitions. They do not run a "cumbya" program, they run a campaign. I have 5 people working on research and transition issues as part of my team for the next year. They have created a bio (from my information) and resumes which are much more effective and professional. Their web site and data information is unbelievable. As I tried to start this business, I had solid data which turned out to be only 50% accurate. Theirs is 90% accurate and easy to use. If I ask for information on a company, I get it completed within 48 hours!

Additionally, they have taught me a couple of things about how to really network. Calling and depending on others under the thought process of six degrees of separation did not work for me. The process of reverse networking and how to discover unpublished jobs was enlightening. With their data and system, it cannot fail!

I know that the effectiveness of my resume was due to the information you requested before our meeting as well as your expert skills applied to writing my resume.

The entire ITS approach is so impressive. One thing that inspired me early on was completing the SOAR stories. This work came when I needed a confidence boost, and through writing the SOAR stories, I reflected upon many of the professional successes I've had with really built my attitude

The power of the internet component of the action plan is simply amazing. I found the super search options especially helpful. The first couple of weeks it was so easy to apply for 25 to 30 jobs per week via the internet I did find that after the first couple of weeks, I didn't apply for as many jobs since I became too involved preparing for the number of interviews and calls that came. My job search lasted about 3 months—from March 10—our meeting in Denver, to June 8. During that time I had over 25 interviews, and more than 300 contacts. It was just more than I could manage to apply for 25 to 30 jobs per week during the final part of my search.

The level of activity worked just as I hoped it would. I found it very helpful to be able to obtain information about potential employers through the ITS resources. When I accepted my current position, I had three good offers in the works, and was able to choose the very best one. Being able to talk with you each week, Judy, through the ups and downs of the search was most helpful to me. Regular contact makes all the difference. I'm very pleased with my new employer after the first month, and know that I have an incredible opportunity with them.
